MDLAND.com's iClinic Practice Management Suite (PMS) helps physicians improve office efficiency, account and billing management, and reduces overall operation costs. Marketing Coordinator: for marketing development, promotions, and publicity. This is a full time position. 
 
Some essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  
- Development of sales and marketing collateral to support the Sales Department  
- Oversee the development of all house ads  
- Develop cross platform opportunities to expand our brand in the community  
- Oversee all special events as well as manage all budgetary matters involving sales/marketing joint ventures  
 
Requirements:  
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years experience working in publishing and marketing.  
- Strong written and verbal communication skills  
- Previous event planning experience  
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation  
- Strong leadership and organizational skills and be skilled in effectively designing and writing promotional and presentation materials for sales and management teams  
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field required.  
 
Outside Sales Associates: must be assertive and strong desire to succeed that will:   

- Work primarily from both lead pool and self generated leads.
- Able to achieve revenue goals for new sales.
- Intensive doctor office onsite visit and driving is required in NJ, CT, NY and Long Island.
- Present sales presentation, identifying positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition.
- Follow up with prospects and post sales follow-up by contacting customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and generating referrals.
- Proven ability to close
- Must have exceptionally strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Possess an assertive attitude with a strong desire to succeed
- Customer oriented with a positive attitude.
- Prepare weekly sales reports with sales results, customer feedback and forecasts.
- Ability to work well in team environment.
- Minimum of 2 years sales and account management experience preferably in online or technology related sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office products.
- Bachelor's Degree a plus.
