ELECTRONIC BILLING & CLAIM PROCESSING
MDLAND is an electronic claim-processing clearinghouse. We are the certified software vendor and service provider for Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Empire Medicare, GHI Medicare and New York State Medicaid. The Company maintains electronic links to over 1,000 commercial insurance companies & the receivable rate is over 90%.

PRACTICE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (PMS)
MDLAND's Practice Management Suite delivers a complete and comprehensive daily office operation and practice management solution all in one package. The package includes patient registration, eligibility, referral management, scheduling, billing, remittance, accounting, statistics and financial reports.

DATA CONVERSION AND MIGRATION SERVICE
MDLAND's Data Conversion and Migration Service is a simple and reliable solution to manage and migrate the existing patient data into a different software platform or system. The technical experts at MDLAND have been handling data conversion for many billing software and practice management systems for many years. We provide data conversion service for Medisoft®, Lytec®, Medical Manager®, etc.

The Certification Commission for Healthcare Information Technology (CCHIT) announced that MDLAND’s product, MDLAND’s Electronic Health Record and Practice Management Systems (8.0), is CCHIT Certified, and meets the CCHIT ambulatory Electronic Health Record (EHR) criteria. Ambulatory EHRs are designed for physician offices and clinics where most Americans receive healthcare. CCHIT is a Recognized Certification Body in the United States for certifying health information technology products – an independent, nonprofit organization that sets the benchmark for EHRs. MDLAND OFFERS FREE NPI CAPABILITIES TO ALL ITS CUSTOMERS

MDLAND now offers NPI capabilities to all its customers. The NPI number will replace only your PIN number and you will be required to use an NPI number as of May 23, 2007. As of January 2, 2007, payers will now be accepting the revised CMS-1500 (08/05) form. On April 2, 2007, the current form, CMS-1500 (12/90), will be discontinued. Between January 2nd, 2007 and March 30th, 2007 providers are able to use either of these CMS-1500 forms (12/90 or 08/05 versions). The NPI upgrade is free to all MDLAND customers. MDLAND also provides free NPI and system consultation service during the NPI transition period. (03/15/2007)

MDLAND PROVIDES FREE 2007 CPT, ICD CODES AND MEDICARE FEE SCHEDULE TO ALL ITS CUSTOMERS

MDLAND is pleased to provide a free upgrade of the entire 2007 CPT code, as well as Medicare fee schedules to its customers. This upgrade also includes both CPT, HCPCS and modifier codes. A similar free upgrade to the 2007 ICD codes took place on Oct. 1, 2006. No software upgrade is required. (01/02/2007)
